Bored with my hair

Cut or color. I've been itching to do something new with my hair. I really don't want to cut it but I need a new look so I am contemplating a color change it will be blonde or red hot. My biggest concern is that I don't want to damage it. I work hard to keep it healthy. I definitely don't want to have to start over so stay tuned :)
